Alison Mawson

Hi, my name is Alison Mawson! I have been an educator for over twenty years, as a Teacher and as a Director. I have my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, along with my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. I love interacting with children, watching, and helping them grow through great activities! I love being part of our families here at Kiddie Academy and being entrusted with the care of your children. My hobbies include anything outside enjoying nature, and taking care of my family! Lauren Meyer

Director

Hi my name is Lauren and I am thrilled to be Kiddie Academy's Director. With over four years of experience as a Childcare Director and additional leadership as a Regional Director supporting the STARS program, I bring a well-rounded and passionate approach to early childhood education and team development. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work, which has provided me with a strong foundation in communication, empathy, and organizational leadership. Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, fishing, spending time at the beach, attending concerts, and relaxing with my cats. I’m also a big fan of Disney, Halloween, board games, and all things that bring people together. Come visit us today!

Stephanie Madison

Assistant Director

Hi, my name is Stephanie. I have been in education for over 15 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Bloomsburg University in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Prior to my Assistant Director position I taught kindergarten for over 7 years, however I love all ages! Most of all I love seeing the excitement in each and every one of the children when they learn a new skill. My husband Devon and I have 3 kids, when we are not busy with sports, we are drag racing or at car shows. We love to spend time with family and vacation to the beach or the mountains. I am happy to be here at Kiddie Academy!
