Krystal Cull

Director

I’ve always known that I wanted to work with children. Even in high school, I began taking community college classes and quickly discovered my passion for teaching. I fell in love not just with the classroom, but with the idea that educators help shape the future by guiding young minds. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Child Psychology, and I’m just 12 credits away from completing a Master’s Degree in both fields. My academic journey has deepened my understanding of early development and strengthened my belief in the importance of compassionate, intentional teaching during a child’s most formative years. I believe that providing children with a high-quality early childhood education—and creating an environment that nurtures their growth—is essential for opening pathways to lifelong success.
