Kiddie Academy of Hilliard

Megan Brooks

Academy Director

"I am a dedicated childcare professional with over 8 years of experience, and a proud parent of three children, ages 10-13. Watching children grow and develop into remarkable individuals is one of the greatest joys of my career. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and an Associate of Science, and my journey in childcare has allowed me to take on a variety of roles, from lead teacher in the infant room to leadership positions. I began my career as a Program Specialist, transitioned into an Assistant Director role, and later opened my own state-licensed in-home daycare. These experiences have given me a solid foundation in both the educational and operational aspects of childcare. I am excited to bring my passion for early childhood education, my leadership experience, and my commitment to building strong relationships with families and staff to my new role as the Director of Kiddie Academy of Hilliard. I look forward to contributing to the growth and success of the children, families, and community we serve."
