Academy Director

"My name is Shannon Garrity, and I’m honored to serve as the new Center Director at Kiddie Academy of Greenwood. With over 20 years in early childhood education across Indiana, I bring a deep passion for supporting children, families, and staff.I began my career as a preschool teacher, spending nine years in the classroom before transitioning into leadership roles, including seven years as a Center Director in the Indianapolis area. I’ve also worked with the Indiana State Department of Health’s Maternal and Child Health Division, focusing on business practices in early education and promoting mental wellness. My time with KinderCare further strengthened my commitment to building strong community partnerships and connecting families with valuable resources.Please feel free to stop by and say hello—I’m here to support your child’s journey every step of the way!"
