Director of the Year Award

During the 2025 Annual Conference in Nashville, Kiddie Academy® recognized individuals and Academies whose accomplishments in 2024 went above and beyond. We are pleased to announce that our very own Dr. Christy Kastl has been named Director of the Year. 

Academy Directors are an integral part of ensuring an Academy operates successfully, and this award recognizes those who consistently take full ownership of the Academy, creating an environment that supports both children’s development and educators’ professional growth. Their passion is unmistakable, and they continually seek ways to improve themselves, the Academy, and our community. We are incredibly grateful to have Christy on our team.
